Refrigeration Service Technician

A Refrigeration Service Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial refrigeration systems such as walk-in coolers, freezers, reach-ins, ice machines, and condensing units. This role requires strong diagnostic skills, the ability to interpret technical schematics, and a deep understanding of refrigeration cycles, controls, and electrical components.

Commercial HVAC Service Technician

A Commercial HVAC Service Technician handles the maintenance, repair, and installation of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This includes rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, air handlers, heat pumps, and building ventilation equipment. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic abilities, familiarity with control systems, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Hot-Side Service Technician

A Hot-Side Service Technician specializes in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial cooking equipment such as ovens, fryers, griddles, steamers, warmers, and other kitchen appliances. This role requires a solid understanding of gas, electric, and electronic control systems, as well as the ability to diagnose issues quickly in high-demand foodservice environments.

Service Coordinator / Dispatcher

A Service Coordinator/Dispatcher is the central hub of the operations team, responsible for scheduling technicians, managing incoming service requests, and ensuring efficient workflow throughout the day. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize urgent jobs and match the right technician to the right task.
